Wirelessly Transmit Schedules & Job Status
The Scheduling & Dispatch Module enables the home office to wirelessly schedule and dispatch jobs to mobile workers in the field. It is fully integrated with the Microsoft Outlook® Calendar and Contacts and its added features enable the home office to view schedules and the job status for every mobile worker.
It also enables the home office to drag-and-drop ‘In-Queue’ appointments to and from mobile workers as needed. Once an appointment has been assigned, the system will wirelessly transmit the appointment, customer contact information and any type of service related information to the mobile worker.
When a job status changes in the field, the mobile device wirelessly transmits the status back to the home office and the Scheduling & Dispatch Module actually changes the appointments color. This enables the office staff to effectively schedule and dispatch jobs throughout the entire mobile workforce.
